昨天上BSW, 在#chiense 的Channel 被邀請玩Word game: Attribut                                                                              

BSW的Attribut 我在EnglishTown 玩過幾次, 不過今次跟清一色(台灣人)玩英文版Attribut, 都是第一次

由於有新人參加, 出的主題都比較簡單

輪到我, 我有dark + 紅色羊, 就出個"The Sun" 的題目.
不過竟然有人把我的dark 都選了(見圖).....OTL

跟中國人玩Attribut, 感覺上會比跟外國人玩有趣呢...至少大家可以暢所欲言

這是Bandai 所開發的棋戲--仙女昇華 (Navia Dratp), 昨日去新棋奧妙訂RA時, 也順便試玩了一局.

這game 大概可以說是象棋的變種. 後排的黑色figure (魔生體) 可以升變, 黑色紅色的兵卒衝到底線可以換取獎賞, 不過它的特別之處是

1. 只要能量夠, 什麼時候都可以升變 (一turn 限一隻), 升級後的魔生體不僅於移動能力有改變, 有些棋子升級後會發動特殊能力, 或者有附帶其他功能
2. 取勝的方法不限於把對手的將(仙女, 彩色的figure) 將死, 也有其他合理的勝利條件
3. 魔生體的陣容是自己pre-constrtuct 的. 針對每一個勝利條件都有很多魔生體可以選擇. 魔生體不同, 戰略也會有很大分別

基本版一副接近300元, 有齊基本棋具和16隻figure, 足夠開局所需. 魔生體是集換式的, 要集齊就得買booster. 雖然如此, 新棋奧妙有trading post, booster 的魔生體rarity 又統一, 而且不會重複starter 魔生體, 要集齊全套所費很有限. 就算完全不買booster, 單用starter 的變化已經是數之不盡, 而且因為game test, 平衡度做得好, 不用booster 對自己戰力的影響很微

這是我今年內積極考慮會買的game.

 would like to inform members of the group of the following:
(from a press release)

The International Gaming League (IGL) is set to launch in January of
2006, with league play in the game of Puerto Rico commencing in April
of 2006. For the cost of league membership and per-game fees defined
by the League's Manual, the league is offering play of 4-player
Puerto Rico games, leading to a Championship Final Event to be held
in San Juan, Puerto Rico (date to be determined) in 2007. Modeled
after similar leagues in such sports as bowling and pool, the IGL
will maintain data on all match play. At the end of the defined
league season, the league will select a group of individuals with the
highest win/loss records (employing "tie break" rules, where
applicable) and offer them a flight and two nights, hotel-paid
accommodations in San Juan, Puerto Rico to compete in a Championship
Event, offering a $5,000 minimum cash prize pool. The field of
advancing winners will be supplemented by the random drawing of a
number of Wild Card Slots (drawn from the membership ranks not
already qualified for the event by their win/loss records and based
on a percentage of the winning field of advancing players), who will
also be offered the flight, hotel accomodations and the right to
participate in the Championship Event. League-sanctioned play is
expected to be conducted both face to face and on-line, utilizing the
services of the Brettspielwelt gaming site. Play will also
be 'handicapped,' utilizing the IGL Handicap System, granting "start
of game" Victory Points to players determined on the basis of their
personal win/loss records to have "lesser skills' at the game of
Puerto Rico.
